Configuring Document Repository Distribution Lists

Distribution can be set up to allow only certain users to view the search. The following options are available for saved searches:

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Admin tab.
  2. In the Administration menu, click Setup.
  3. In the Document section, click Document Repository Configuration.
    Result: The Document Repositories list window is displayed.
  4. Click the repository name of the repository in which the distribution list is to be configured.
    Result: The repository entry window is displayed.
  5. Click the Distribution List button.
  6. Click the drop down arrow and select the distribution list option for which the distribution is to be set up.
  7. Click the Ok button.
  8. Zoom and check off all distribution criteria that apply (Actors, Departments, and Orgs).
  9. Click the Save button.
    Result: The distribution been saved.
