Configuring Document Repository Distribution Lists
Distribution can be set up to allow only certain users to view the search. The following options are available for saved searches:
- All Organizations
- Specific Organizations
- Specific Organization Units (Client, Department, Work Center)
- Role
- Specific Actors (default)
- From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Admin tab.
- In the Administration menu, click Setup.
- In the Document section, click Document Repository Configuration.
Result: The Document Repositories list window is displayed.
- Click the repository name of the repository in which the distribution list is to be configured.
Result: The repository entry window is displayed.
- Click the Distribution List button.
- Click the drop down arrow and select the distribution list option for which the distribution is to be set up.
- Click the Ok button.
- Zoom and check off all distribution criteria that apply (Actors, Departments, and Orgs).
- Click the Save button.
Result: The distribution been saved.
